ConServe enjoys a diverse, all-inclusive workforce due to our ongoing partnerships with numerous educational, training, employment and community organizations.
Community Partners
Workforce Academy Program
We have developed and sponsored a non-profit training program for unemployed residents of Rochester in coordination with Workforce Academy, a division of Rochester Rehabilitation. The five-week program provides students with the skills necessary to be successful in a customer service and or Debt Counselor role.
Rochester Educational Opportunity Center
We partner with the REOC to interview and hire recent graduates from their ongoing training programs. We also attend local job fairs and post all of our opportunities to their job boards.
RochesterWorks!
We work closely with RochesterWorks to match local job seekers with new opportunities. We host monthly “Recruiting Around Rochester” events aimed at networking and developing job-finding skills, regularly attend Rochester Works job fairs and post our career opportunities to their job boards.
IBERO – American Action League, Inc.
ConServe has been a longtime sponsor of both the IBERO Annual Gala and the Annual Recognition & Awards Luncheon. We are also a sponsorship partner for the Hispanic Scholarship Recognition Awards which recognizes outstanding high school seniors for their achievements.
Veterans Outreach Center
We are proud to partner with the VOC in their dedication to serving the military veterans and their families of Greater Rochester and Buffalo, NY.
Veteran's One-Stop
Our team supports efforts to effectively improve the well-being of all Western New York Veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces and their immediate families.
ACCES-VR
ConServe has developed a valuable partnership with ACCES-VR which has allowed our organization to further enhance our efforts in hiring people with disabilities. Dedicated to enhancing our knowledge, we have taken part in ACCES-VR’s Diversity and Inclusion Training, attended and spoke at the “Everyone is Different: A Review of Types of Disabilities” workshop, and actively participate in their job fairs.
